We aim to broaden the make up of our own workforce to ensure that we reflect both our customers and communities. We have set ourselves, and achieved, goals in the areas of disability, ethnic diversity, age profile and women in management.

For two years, we were awarded the Remploy 'Leading the Way' Award for the Southern area for our approach to the employment of disabled people. We were equally pleased to be recognised by BITC's Race for Opportunity campaign as one of the Top Ten most improving companies in our approach to ethnicity issues.
