Disability Awareness Professional Network
The Disability Awareness Professional Network helps attract, recruit and assist high potential persons with disabilities to partner with Merrill Lynch by focusing on three core areas: employee development, business activities and community participation.
The network works with employees with disabilities through enhanced mentoring and training to attain their career goals in order to retain them as contributing employees of the firm. In addition, the network implements programs that support diverse business development and generation of revenue. The network also leverages contacts in order to establish and participate in community outreach programs to benefit employees and family members of employees with disabilities.
