McJobs - Employing People with Disabilities
McDonald's has enjoyed a good reputation as a company that hires people with disabilities. This legacy goes back to the creation of the McJobs program, an initiative that created partnerships between service providers and our restaurants to bring in qualified employees with disabilities. Today, McDonald's is a proud member of the United States Business Leadership Network, a business-to-business group that seeks to share best practices and resources in the area of employing people with disabilities.
