Employers' Forum on Disability makes it easier for business to employ disabled people, serve disabled customers and engage disabled stakeholders. Formed 15 years ago, the Forum works closely with disabled people, government and other stakeholders, sharing best practice for the mutual benefit of business and disabled people.

Employers’ Forum on Disability is the largest business-run and funded member organisation in the world. It comprises around 400 organisations which between them employ over 20 per cent of the UK workforce. Although based in the UK, the Forum has a growing circle of international members.
